We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Apprentice to assist with the delivery of high quality social and personal development. Applicants must have some personal experience of Outdoor and Adventurous activities and be keen to develop personal skills and leadership skills in a range of outdoor activities. Good organisation, communication and ICT skills are expected and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate their initiative and resourcefulness.
Apprentices will work towards a Level 3 Outdoor Activity Instructor apprenticeship and a range of relevant Outdoor skills and leadership awards. The apprenticeship is offered in partnership with Channel Training Limited.
Accommodation will be offered with this post. If you are successful and live in the local area you can opt to stay at home if you prefer but you will need to be able to transport yourself to and from the centre each day.

Salary: £8,092 (12 month contract) / £4,046 (6 month contract)
Hours: Full time 12 month contract for new apprentices or 6 month contract for apprentice transfers.
